John Deere has announced that it will be enhancing the 333G Compact Track Loader by integrating SmartGrade™, its proprietary grade control technology, into the machine from here on out. This initiative, a first for the industry, will help customers across the board with everything from roadbuilding to landscaping.

The SmartGrade 333G Compact Track Loader will increase productivity for operators by automatically completing grading tasks faster with fewer passes and less rework. Users will also enjoy precise grading performance without the need for masts and cables.

“In a market that becomes more competitive by the day, it’s important we provide our customers with leading-edge equipment,” said Gregg Zupancic, product marketing manager, skid steers and compact track loaders, John Deere Construction and Forestry. “Integrating our innovative SmartGrade technology into the 333G Compact Track Loader provides our customers with a solution that is transportable, can fit into tighter spaces and will ultimately reduce labor costs.”

DozerMode, a control solution that enables the electrohydraulic joystick control system to function like a crawler dozer, is also being rolled out for the 333G. This is especially helpful when utilizing the blade attachment, which is fine-tuned to meet performance needs and does not require tools to change between other attachments.
